Ms Michelle Gowen
Michelle has always been fascinated by biology and movement, going on to gain a PhD in biomechanics in 2018. Since then she’s explored various paths – including communications, marketing, and tech – before coming full circle, qualifying as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist to put her interests and expertise to practical use. Her role allows her to get to know each patient and tailor treatment to their individual needs and goals, helping them move more comfortably and confidently.
Outside of work, Michelle rarely sits still – she is a keen trail runner, sometimes joined by her dog for canicross (dog-powered running), goes camping and hiking with her husband and dog, and plays the baritone horn in a local brass band.
